1930's Etched Glass and Silver "Book" Frame

Unusual 1930's Eastern European Etched Colored Glass and Silver "Book" Frame. The front piece with intricate etched motif and monogram. The back "page' with a dedication dated 1933 and numerous etched signatures. Two inside panels appear to be for pictures. The silver is monogrammed on one end and dated on opposite end.
